As a Japanese Language Instructor, you will create and deliver tailored language courses, conduct mock interviews, and provide ongoing support to ensure our welding candidates are fully prepared for their new roles. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 7,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver customized Japanese language courses for welding candidates.
• Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for job placement in Japan.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure candidates meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with industry experts to align language training with job market demands.
• Utilize tools such as Rosetta Stone, iTalki, and custom-made teaching materials.
• Stay updated with industry trends and cultural nuances in Japan.
• Assess and evaluate the progress of welding candidates in language and cultural adaptation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese language.
• Understanding of welding industry standards and terminology.
• Experience in preparing candidates for international employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
