📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage strategic IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in project delivery.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
