📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.
• Monitor bar performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement bar promotions and special events.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine selection, and beverage pairings.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food safety and liquor license.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
