📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of mineral processing facilities, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and environmental specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize processing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with senior management to align processing operations with the company's overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to processing efficiency, environmental compliance, and safety.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into processing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental, safety, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mineral processing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing mineral processing operations.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices in mineral processing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with process control systems such as SCADA, PLC, or DCS.
• Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
