You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, designing eye-catching visuals, and managing our social media presence. Your daily tasks will include brainstorming campaign ideas, creating content calendars, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure we achieve our marketing goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with the brand vision and marketing strategy.
• Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and digital ads.
• Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in organizing and promoting community events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the sports industry, particularly padel, is a plus.
