📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate daily engineering tasks to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities.
• Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of hotel equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and execute maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Provide technical support to housekeeping and front office staff as needed.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering administration or related roles in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
