📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and facilitate design meetings between architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of design phases.
• Prepare and distribute design development reports, including cost estimates and construction schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design coordination, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial projects.
