📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards using SAP or similar software.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll using HRIS systems like BambooHR.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Support HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and HR teams.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and HR roles, preferably in the textile industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software like SAP or QuickBooks.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
