📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.,Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop data-driven marketing campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, tour operators, and corporate clients.,Oversee the promotion and advertising of the restaurant brand across various channels, including digital and print media.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure the successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the restaurant and hospitality sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully driving sales and marketing strategies in a competitive market.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Knowledge of the Bali tourism industry and local market dynamics is advantageous.
