📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to sales strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for new team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics and freight forwarding services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours when required.
