Bali Property Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our villa rental business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and driving the growth of our online travel agency (OTA) platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company in the vibrant city of Badung, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the villa rental business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and coordinate with property owners, ensuring their villas are well-maintained and available for rent.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings and increase revenue through the OTA platform.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other stakeholders in the tourism industry.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong knowledge of the local market and trends in the villa rental industry.,Proven experience in managing and growing an OTA platform.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with property management systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
