📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Supervise junior accountants and provide training and mentorship.,Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
