Duta Adi Mart is looking for a Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and you will be expected to provide guidance and support to junior accountants. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced accountant to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our financial operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and ensure they are performing their duties effectively.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.,Manage and oversee the payroll function, including processing employee payments and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.,Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide training and development opportunities for the finance team to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll regulations and processes.
