📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement menus in collaboration with management.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of food and kitchen supplies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
