GLEAM Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Deputy Production Staff to join our team in Makassar. This role is crucial for supporting the production team in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for delivering excellent results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows.,Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in production meetings and provide updates on project progress.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices.
