Cafe Gilang Bakery is looking for a dedicated Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in inventory management and to work in a dynamic and friendly environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and other related documents.,Work collaboratively with the Inventory Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure that all inventory processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or processes.,Provide support to the Inventory Manager in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
