📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure that they are performing at their best and that their teams are productive and motivated.,Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the company is operating within budget and that financial targets are being met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the company at board meetings and other high-level events, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,A clean criminal record and a valid work permit for Dili.
