📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance,Monitor and evaluate employee performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HR software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
