Bahagia Indra Tea is looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage our tea plantation sites in Cianjur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural engineering and a passion for sustainable farming practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of tea plantations.,Ensure the implementation of best practices in tea cultivation and harvesting.,Monitor and manage the use of resources such as water, fertilizers, and pesticides.,Coordinate with farmers and local communities to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular inspections to assess the health and productivity of the tea plants.,Develop and implement improvement plans for the tea plantations.,Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.,Provide technical support and training to the farming team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the agricultural sector.,Strong knowledge of tea cultivation practices and technologies.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for tea farming.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using agricultural machinery and equipment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
