📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee tax compliance activities for the organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and payments.
  • Provide strategic tax advice and recommendations to the management.
  • Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior tax professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
  • Represent the company in tax-related matters with external stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in tax-related courses is a plus.
