🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and transformation.,Strong understanding of aviation industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
