📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement public affairs and communications strategies to support Roche's business objectives in Indonesia.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, media, and civil society organizations.,Monitor and analyze public opinion and trends to anticipate and respond to potential issues or opportunities.,Lead and coordinate public affairs and communications campaigns to promote Roche's products and initiatives in Indonesia.,Manage and oversee the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives in Indonesia.,Provide strategic advice and guidance to Roche's leadership team on public affairs and communications matters.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in the public affairs and communications space.,Represent Roche at high-level events, conferences, and meetings to advance our public affairs and communications objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in public affairs and communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing public affairs and communications strategies in a complex and dynamic environment.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian political, economic, and social landscape, as well as the healthcare industry.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing and overseeing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives.
