JUNCTION Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our growing business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Develop and implement menu items that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they adhere to food safety and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.,Train and develop new team members to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Continuously innovate and improve menu offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering company.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
