📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
