In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Demi Chef in preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Keep track of food stock levels and place orders as needed,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff,Participate in inventory management and cost control,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Good understanding of inventory management and cost control,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken
