As the face of our coffee shop, you will be responsible for serving customers, preparing coffee and other beverages, and ensuring a smooth cash handling process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines and equipment.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Assist the Barista in inventory management and restocking supplies.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.,Participate in daily operations and special events, such as promotions and holidays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier, preferably in a coffee shop setting.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.,Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for coffee.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
