📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics.,Ensure the banquet hall is clean, organized, and ready for events.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the event and the banquet hall.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our guests.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet facilities before and after events.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest information, and any necessary documentation.,Assist in training new staff members on banquet procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning and management software.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Basic knowledge of banquet services and catering is a plus.
